Applied Monitoring Reports Workshop (Policy Governance)
A three-session working workshop for CEOs, Executive Directors, managers, and staff who prepare monitoring reports for Policy Governance boards. Participants bring real policies or draft reports for structured review and practical guidance on interpretations, evidence, and the board assessment process. Designed for those who are already knowledgeable about core concepts and are working within the Policy Governance framework.
