Facilitated full-day and half-day sessions that meet your board's objectives and scheduling requirements, including orientation sessions, Policy Governance reviews, policy development, and governance action planning. Just getting started with Policy Governance? We recommend an initial two-day retreat, at the end of which board members will have an understanding of Policy Governance principles and have the majority of their policies developed, followed by a second one-two day session, at which Ends policies will be developed and the policy manual completed.
